In the 14th year we will take a poll of the residence owners and decide who will run the show, either the builder or the members by forming a working committee.

There are 2 sources of water, 1 is the village panchayat source of water ( 6inch pipeline allotted to our soc. 2 Lift from Indrayani river which is 1.5kms from our campus. 3 Natural source i.e. tube well all of these will be run from our own filtration plant.

Yes the water is drinkable. The Developer is also providing a water purifier in the flat with R/O.

Gagan Properties will be in charge of the entire campus and will do so with the help of professional agencies with internal honorary management systems put into place.

There is no age restriction to the persons buying or investing in this project but people above 50 years only can stay in these apartments.
